Making A Purchase Making a booking, reservation or purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site and add any items that you wish to place into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit card payment. If you are shopping from outsite New Zealand, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to NZ Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption (the highest level commercially available). They are not held in clear text on any web site.
For those particularly concerned with security, 128-bit encryption, the preferred security level of government and financial institutions, offers protection that is virtually unbreakable. If a hacker could crack a standard 40-bit SSL session in a day, it would take well beyond a trillion years to accomplish the same thing against a 128-bit SSL session.
We take security very seriously and WE DO NOT process you credit card details nor therefore hold your credit card data. At the time of purchase, you are sent to our Payment Service Provider (We ensure we only use the top level companies) whereby you can safely place your credit cards into their systems. At this point your credit card is verified and once the transaction is complete, you are then sent back to our website. |
